TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*Rentals includes local trail maps, helmets and liability insurance
*1 day rental is from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
*A charge of 25% of rental amount applies if the unit is kept overnight
*If kept overnight, it must be back and ready for rental by 8:00 AM the next morning. If it is not, a further charge of 1/2 day's rental will apply
*Units are full of gas and oil when they go out and you pay to fill upon return
*Deposit of $1,500 per machine required at the time of rental (Cash, Visa, MC)
*A photo driver's licence ID is also required at the time of rental. ATV rentals require that the operator be a minimum of 21 years of age and they possess a valid unrestricted driver's licence
*Any damage to rental units will be charged to you. If damage is serious you may be charged for loss of future rental revenue in addition to damage
*$200 non-refundable deposit required to reserve rentals
*Reservations taken only on rentals of one day or longer
*Pick-up and delivery rates available upon request
