WEDGEWOOD MARINA PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA") and applicable provincial privacy legislation, Wedgewood Marine & Recreation ("Wedgewood") has in place this Privacy Policy.

Types of Personal Information Collected
The following is the personal information that may be collected by Wedgewood: name, address, postal code, phone number, E-mail address, product purchased, purchase date, financial data.

Methods of Personal Information Collection
Personal information about a customer is collected by Wedgewood when a product is purchased, or when the customer pays for a product by electronic means, such as credit card or debit card, or when a product is brought in for service and/or repair. In the case of new products, the information is submitted to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as part of the registration procedure. When personal information is collected that may be used for distribution of marketing materials, Wedgewood will provide the consumer the opportunity to refuse to have personal information used and disclosed in this manner.

Uses for Personal Information Collected
Wedgewood collects consumer's personal information primarily as a result of the purchase, financing, repair and/or service of a product and is also used to provide products and services related to the purchase. This personal information is also provided to the OEMs to administer the transaction, to provide services such as warranty, extended service plans, to improve their products and services by conducting customer surveys, and to supply marketing materials to keep consumers aware of the latest introductions and news on their products and services. When OEM products are regulated as motor vehicles, the requirement to maintain registration files containing personal information is mandated by Transport Canada to ensure customers can be contacted in the event of a safety recall procedure. The OEMs may use the information for recall purposes. Wedgewood may also use or disclose personal information to provide updates and information regarding their products and services that may be of interest to the customer. Retention of Personal Information
Personal information is retained as required to complete ongoing business transactions or as required by tax or other laws.

Disclosure
Wedgewood will not disclose customers' personal information to third parties unless required to do so by law. The Privacy Policy does not apply to any links to other websites or online shopping.

The Right to Review Personal Information
Everyone has the right at any time to review and correct the personal information about them held by Wedgewood. The personal information will only be provided in writing. When the information is requested from a customer who owns an OEM product purchased at Wedgewood it will only be sent to the address on file for that customer. Responses to all requests will be made within 30 days of receipt of request.
